President George W. Bush presented the President’s Volunteer Service Award to Andrell Reid upon arrival at McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey, on Friday, March 28, 2008.  Reid is a volunteer with Army Family Team Building, Army Family Action Plan, the Army Volunteer Corps and Fort Dix Elementary School.  To thank them for making a difference in the lives of others, President Bush honors a local volunteer when he travels throughout the United States.  He has met with more than 600 volunteers, like Reid, since March 2002.

 

President George W. Bush presented the President’s Volunteer Service Award to Lydia Humenycky upon arrival in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on Thursday, March 27, 2008.  Humenycky recently returned to the U.S. after two years of service as a Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa.   To thank them for making a difference in the lives of others, President Bush honors a local volunteer when he travels throughout the United States.  He has met with more than 600 volunteers, like Humenycky, since March 2002.

 

President George W. Bush presented the President’s Volunteer Service Award to Rob Goodreau upon arrival at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, on Thursday, March 27, 2008.  Goodreau is a volunteer with the Civil Air Patrol.   To thank them for making a difference in the lives of others, President Bush honors a local volunteer when he travels throughout the United States.  He has met with more than 600 volunteers, like Goodreau, since March 2002.

 

President George W. Bush presented the President’s Volunteer Service Award to Holly Cleveland upon arrival in Jacksonville, Florida, on Tuesday, March 18, 2008.  Cleveland is a tutor, classroom reader, and a volunteer with Operation Blessing.   To thank them for making a difference in the lives of others, President Bush honors a local volunteer when he travels throughout the United States.  He has met with more than 600 volunteers, like Cleveland, since March 2002.

 

President George W. Bush presented the President’s Volunteer Service Award to Cheryl Crowley upon arrival in West Palm Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, March 18, 2008.  Crowley is a volunteer with the Palm Beach County Literacy Coalition and Read Together Palm Beach County.  To thank them for making a difference in the lives of others, President Bush honors a local volunteer when he travels throughout the United States.  He has met with more than 600 volunteers, like Crowley, since March 2002.

 

President George W. Bush presented the President’s Volunteer Service Award to Fred Pancoast upon arrival in Nashville, Tennessee, on Tuesday, March 11, 2008.  Pancoast is a volunteer with Operation Stand Down Nashville and other community organizations.  To thank them for making a difference in the lives of others, President Bush honors a local volunteer when he travels throughout the United States. Yager is a volunteer at the Stout Street Eye Clinic. The sisters, both students at Harvard-Westlake School, are founders and volunteers with Kid Flicks. Berwick is a volunteer with Building with Books. To thank them for making a difference in the lives of others, President Bush honors a local volunteer when he travels throughout the United States. Parochelli is a volunteer with the United Service Organizations of Illinois. Connot is a volunteer with the American Red Cross Heartland Regional Chapter. Sanchez is a volunteer with the Bexar County Emergency Scene Rehab, Citizens On Patrol and the Community Emergency Response Team. Van Schaik, a senior at Spring Valley High School, is the creator of Science Captivates Minds, an education program for elementary students.  To thank them for making a difference in the lives of others, President Bush honors a local volunteer when he travels throughout the United States.  He has met with more than 600 volunteers, like Van Schaik, since March 2002.

 

President George W. Bush presented the President’s Volunteer Service Award to Sharon Nolan upon arrival in Cincinnati, Ohio, on Monday, October 29, 2007.  Nolan is a volunteer with the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati. Gilpin is a volunteer with Philadelphia Experience Corps. Worley is a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Arkansas. Kulish, a fifth-grader at Hambright Elementary School, is the founder of the youth service project, Kisses for Kaeden. Daly is a volunteer with The Salvation Army’s Emergency Disaster Services. Daly is the 600th volunteer to greet President Bush since March 2002.

Parks volunteers with a variety of community organizations including CASA, Spofford, and FaithWork. The sisters are co-founders of the non-profit company Hives for Lives. President George W. Bush presented the President’s Volunteer Service Award to Brian Webster upon arrival at Buckley Air Force Base on Friday, July 21, 2006.  Webster, a technical sergeant stationed at the base, is a volunteer with Hearts Across The Miles.  To thank them for making a difference in the lives of others, President Bush honors a local volunteer, called a USA Freedom Corps greeter, when he travels throughout the United States.  President Bush has met with more than 500 individuals around the country, like Webster, since March 2002.

Kruger is a volunteer with the United Service Organizations (USO) of Illinois.  To thank them for making a difference in the lives of others, President Bush honors a local volunteer, called a USA Freedom Corps greeter, when he travels throughout the United States. Smith is a volunteer for a variety of programs at Fort Bragg, including Army Community Service and Happy Hats.  To thank them for making a difference in the lives of others, President Bush honors a local volunteer, called a USA Freedom Corps greeter, when he travels throughout the United States. Langley has been a volunteer with the Memphis Leadership Foundation’s For The Kingdom Camp and Retreat Center and First Evangelical Church.
